“Clean room and free parking”

“Unique”

“Such a great experience! Great, friendly hosts and great location. Clean room and the coffee station and cold waters were a nice bonus!”

“Cleaners really helpeful, let me check my bags in early in order to attend a wedding a few miles away. Would love to stay a little longer next time. Also breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Thanks for the stay”

“Decent place to stay, just a little more care on the upkeep of the rooms wouldn’t go a miss.”

“Room was big and clean with a lovely bed. Bathroom was ok but looking a bit tired. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great, everything you could want including omlettes. Didnt like the orange juice was more like orange squash. Public areas were modern and clean.”

“Room Comfortable, Noise could be heard from adjoining rooms though the hotel did provide earplugs. Good choice of beers in the bar and the Korean food provider served delicious food”

“Friendly owner, good communication. Comfortable and clean. Property is convenient for the minster and restaurants/bars. Good value for money in a pricey city”

“A bit of a walk to centre of York and other amenities. Hosts were great to deal with. Lots of extras provided in the apartment to help make the stay better. We enjoyed staying there.”

“Great location (less than 10 minutes from the train station and old town centre). The hosts were kind and overall it was a sufficiently pleasant experience.”

“The staff and grounds were amazing. Loved the garden and the character of Gray’s Court. The bed and mattress in our room are in need of an upgrade as the mattress sagged a bit and the bed frame croaked with every motion.”
