“All areas of the hotel were immaculate and very clean, plenty of parking spaces and very quiet at night, no noise from corridors or banging of room doors. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Their recommendation for food at Cooks Bar and Kitchen was an excellent choice, the Kelpies was a short pleasant walk, once out of the trading estate. “You get what you pay for. Showers were not clean, mold growing in silicone and grout. Needed a good clean or bleach! I turned the “waterfall faucet” on and the water completely missed the sink and ran directly onto the floor (because of the design and miniature sized space saving sink). Messy chaos to deal with. Room heater didn’t work or have instructions. Outside, car park and grounds were dirty and didn’t feel safe. Staff were nice.”

“We had the most amazing stay at this cosy, comfortable cabin surrounded by greenery. It was like living in a tree house. The birdsong was beautiful as were the sunsets and views of the night sky. The cabin was spacious enough for two and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including parking. There is a log fire with plenty of wood for cold days but we were very lucky with the weather and had warm sunshine every day which made the cabin warm and cosy to come back to after days out....

“Wing Street is an excellent property in the middle of Stirling town center. Rooms are well kept, decorated and clean. My only minor issue was finding the parking but I met the owner as I was leaving to park and he gave me directions. Parking is immediately behind the building with an entrance available. They provided a large bottle of water in the mini-fridge as well as milk for coffee and tea. Bed was comfortable and WiFi worked well. We would recommend it as a place to stay while visiting...
