"I stayed 3 nights. The room smelled bad; it had a mildew smell. Rm 312. No one cleaned or made up the bed or restocked towels or soap during my stay. I could not tell that anyone had even checked the room. The front desk staff was not rude but they were certainly not friendly or welcoming. The desk was left unattended and I had to wait for service on multiple occasions. I tried to call for a wake up and my phone would dial only and the desk clerk could not hear me and quickly stated, "Well I guess you're just gonna have to walk down to the desk", indicating that she knew the phone did not work. I am a diamond member and I will be working every other month in 2026 in the Bay Minette area. While Comfort Inn and Suites is generally my first choice, I will not stay at this facility again. Very disappointing. "
