"The staff was friendly and quick. Room was nice. The only thing that needs to be improved is the ability to call the hotel directly. We tried to call for transport from the car rental building but we kept getting a line that took us to a central call center. We were never able to connect to the hotel directly. Had to call a member of our party still at the hotel to call for a ride for us."

"We stayed here as we were flying out very early the next morning. The 24 hour shuttle was very convenient and a short ride to the airport. We left our vehicle parked at the hotel behind a secured gate for a very reasonable price. We will stay here again when flying out of NOLA. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Staff was very helpful, had free shuttle for rental car and airport. Construction going on and was visible, but not in the way and was quiet. "

"The hotel was very nice and employees very helpful - even if they didn't all speak english. I wish there had been a net by the pool since there were aome debris and dead bugs. And the hotel restaurant had an extremely limited menu (which did not match the online menu by the way). But overall i give it 5 stars and would definitely stay here again."
