โVery nice stay, the location suited me perfectly. The kitchen is tiny and really only suitable for making hot drinks, there is a fridge, kettle and toaster so no complaint. There isnโt a living room but there is a sofa and TV. Overall a great place and lovely host.โ
โThis was a lovely place to stay, you canโt walk to town but the rooms are well appointed, breakfast and dinner were very good and the staff were efficient and friendly. My only negative is the check in is 5.30pm which is late and not in line with many other establishments. 4pm would have suited us better. Overall very good enjoyable stay โ

The rooms are thoughtfully furnished, very clean and with quality toiletries.
We ate here too, it was no problem to set up a table outside for us, the food was fantastic!
Breakfast too did not disappoint with amazing polite service and Italian food to die for!
Will definitely find an excuse to go back to Ripon so that I can stay here again!! โ

Rooms were beautifully decorated, staff efficient, good quality of food and drink.
Excellent location for walk into town and the race course.
