"The hotel entrance was quite hard to find as it is hidden between some small alleys but once you get there the staff was incredibly helpful and they even use a translator tool to try their best to help you. Love that they provide daily room services and also laundry. You can call them at the lobby and they will pick up your laundry. Once it’s done they also leave them back at your door. The hotel room doesn’t have a fridge and they also don’t have an elevator. Will need to climb stairs to get to...

"Room was small, but cozi. Had all the amenities. The stuff was very good, polite and helpful. Room was clean, fresh clean towel. Very quiet at night, couldnt hear any ouside noise. Just one small thing. For some reason the GPS map was having a hard time locating it. But after I checked in I kind of found a way to get around. Also, thank you very much to the staff, they let me check in and go to my room as early as 9:30-10am. Really appreciated that.
