"I like the resort. The staff at the restaurant, especially one waitress, Jhorce, in the Cafe was super amazing taking care of us with constant smile, excellent manner and over-the-top service. We were honestly pampered. The food was great with light salt unlike food in the States. I only have a couple concerns with the resort where in early September the place was too hot. AC was only available in our room and one restaurant, Portofino. The restrooms could have been refreshed a bit. Aside from those two things, it is worth visiting."

"We had such an amazing stay at Hotel Fenix, the staff did an amazing job at taking care of us and making sure we had everything we needed. Ernesto specifically did a great job at helping coordinate ATV rides, Boat Days, Dinner reservations, and went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of. Thank you for such a great stay!"
