The Staff were great and very kind. Beds weren’t super comfy, unfortunately but it wasn’t necessarily horrible either. My kids loved the aquarium room though in the lobby. Overall, i would say for the price, it’s a decent stay.

The hotel and staff were great! Expedia did not provide our booking to the hotel and so my name wasnt there on the hotel roster. Despite this snafu, the hotel honored the booking on my app and gave us a room. It wasn't the room we had booked but late in the evening, I had no other recourse. Was grateful the hotel did not turn us away. The next morning, the front desk confirmed they had received the booking confirmation from Expedia. The hotel was very clean, spacious, pet-friendly. The reason I was unhappy was because I had booked a king+sofa bed but the hotel only gave us a king bed so my teenager had to use a sleeping bag to sleep on the floor. I was not happy about this having paid extra for a larger room with a sofa bed.

We stayed here before when it was a Shilo Inn… horrible! But now with the modern renovations, new furniture, fresh carpet! Great new fitness center! Our stay was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during a road trip along the Oregon Coast and found it to be an excellent overnight stop. The property has clearly been renovated, with a modern lobby, comfortable common areas, and complimentary coffee available throughout the day. The reading nook was a nice touch. My room was surprisingly large, clean, and well-maintained, with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, and effective air-conditioning. Parking was plentiful and convenient. There is no on-site restaurant, but plenty of dining options are available nearby. The only downside is that there are no elevators, so guests staying on upper floors should be prepared to carry their luggage up the stairs. Overall, a comfortable and practical base for exploring Tillamook and the Oregon Coast. I would happily stay here again.

The location is near Fred Meyer (fuel, shopping). The remodel turned out nicely. We did not have our dog this trip, but it is a good place when she travels with us. There was a daily bother with needing the card key re-programmed. I saw others having this problem. Luckily it was not raining when this occurred.

The guy at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in which just starts a good experience. The hotel is not fancy. And they don't pretend to be. It is a clean room with decent hotel pillows, and is fairly quiet. That's all I was looking for. There is a Fred Meyer across the street, and the hotel is behind a gas station with a mini-mart that is accessible most of the day. Each room has a small fridge/freezer combo and a microwave. It's near the Tillamook Creamery, but you do need to drive to the beach or downtown area.
