โNot bad, was a bit frustrated with the cash deposit thing cause it was late traveling with a little one but the property manager needs to protect their interests as well so I get it. Everything went smoothly and we were back on the road well rested. I actually slept really well.โ
โGreat location with easy access to Franklin downtown area or go into Indianapolis. Hotel seems new and very clean. The breakfast is alright nothing to get excited about the coffee is good. โ
โEnjoyed the firepit with my group. Had an opprtunity to unwind after the IU football game.
Had to change our reservations for 4 rooms ... no problem. Had late check in no problem.โ
โThe first room we were in had a very bad odor. Needed to change rooms which was clean and odor free. Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating. Loved the modern furniture and work area in the lobby. Would be nice if a reasonably priced breakfast was offered. Checked out early and ate off site. โ
โThe outdoor patio space is among the best you'll ever find. If you enjoy relaxing outdoors at the end of the day, I'd highly recommend this hotel.โ
