“Room was clean. Staff were very nice and friendly.”

“Everyone was wonderful”

Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect. I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans. I send it this message in hotels.com on direct message BUT...

“Clean and neat, with friendly staff!”
