“Room downgrade and closed facilities – Not worth the price My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I was initially given a single-bed room despite booking a two-bed room, and the hassle of moving rooms the next day was quite inconvenient. Being placed in a lower-tier room than what I paid for was a poor start to my trip. Furthermore, the management of the facilities was unacceptable.

“Excellent friendly helpful staff. Room was exceptionally pleasant and clean and comfortable.”

“Great staff”

“The staff was very kind, but there was not always hot water for showering in the evenings and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I even had a difficult time getting my door to lock and unlock when coming to and going from my room. Compared to the other nearby properties The Saint is "worn" and outdated in many regards.”

It’s not professional not to check correctly the room number so cancel this charge. I received a paper receipt with the guest folio from the hotel front. Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect. I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans. I send it this message in hotels.com on direct message BUT...
