"The best part is the location beach front. The staff were not too friendly and they are good at saying no to their hotel guests. There’s construction everywhere. No reliable television service. Food is mediocre for the price. They charge for everything even for ice. They need more training in hospitality because we felt not too welcome during our stay."

Please dont book on this hotel.com through this property also the property it self has a fault that they ars not cooperating to help you when you are on this kind of situation...they will deny thier involvement.
