Not a five star but the property is nice and the room was freshly cleaned. I wouldn’t have known it was a pet friendly hotel had I not seen dogs; no smell! There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was nice and helpful. No iron available - all loaned out.

The kitchen was not stocked, as expected. Fridge was cold! Microwave worked! Coffee was available in the lobby. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, although the chair was cleaned a bit much as the material was rubbed off! lol. Any staff encounters were friendly. Location is central to many places to eat and shop. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean. The furniture was quite old and worn down. To my surprise, they didn’t provide hand soap for the bathroom which was unfortunate. Other than that it was a good stay.

However the room was not in good shape-it was clean, but it was worn down with stains all over (all flat surfaces) and very minimal anything (things that weren’t attached and probably for a valid reason). I just stayed one night so I was okay with it.

Room had terrible odor, like tobacco, that lasted the 5 nights. Did complain to housekeeping. Our clothing stunk and had to be washed. Needs to be updated. Beds were good and room facing North was quiet. Staff only available at front desk certain times. Big fines if you don't empty garbage when checking out.

The furniture is all torn up - walls are all banged up. There wasn't even a disposable cup in the room. No ice machine at an extended stay hotel! The front desk staff were nice. Silver lining was that the air conditioning worked well.

Nice clean area. Beautiful surroundings and clean side. But not even bar soap in the bathroom. No basic sample size of shampoo One roll of TP. No hairdryer Not even basic essentials that a motel 6 would even provide. For $180!!! Mines well pay an extra $100 to at least make sure basic necessities are met. Luckily the tv worked and the beds were decently comfortable for the 5 hours we stayed.
