The hotel location was in an accessible area, allowing me to easily explore the city due to everything being walking distance. However, if loud noises bother you I wouldn’t recommend since I to located in the downtown area where you can hear all the traffic. The hotel receptionist Arsa was very welcoming and helpful allowing me to have a smooth check in/check out. There was however some type of leak in my bathroom when I got there but other than that the room was decent.

The accommodations were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and hospitality, making interactions effortless. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and offered healthy options. A notable advantage of this location is its immediate access to a wide array of retail establishments, dining options, and other essential services.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and clean. Good air conditioning and close to shops and pick up points for tours. Needs to improve internet access as the connectivity is poor. Improved breakfast more variety of foods and more selection of coffees and hot drinks. Breakfasts time can a little bit early so that not rush when your activities for the day. Overall the hotel is great and good ambiance to stay in Albania. I give the hotel 4 star ratings.

The hotel was modern, clean and very central. The staff were lovely and so accommodating. We had an issue with our room having a double bed instead of the 2 single beds we booked which they fixed for us right away. Would definitely stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute gem in Tirana! Our stay at Hotel Bel Ami exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Our room was modern, quiet, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a great night's sleep after a long day of traveling. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to reach the bus terminal while still being close enough to explore Tirana. For anyone arriving by bus or continuing their journey through Albania, it's an ideal choice. What impressed us the most was how much value this hotel offers. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, from the comfortable bed to the delicious breakfast and the warm atmosphere throughout the property. If you're looking for a hotel in Tirana that combines exceptional service, cleanliness, comfort, and great value, Hotel Bel Ami is the place to stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Albania. Thank you to the entire Bel Ami team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great location very near Skanderbeg square. It has a very small sign and some taxis and tour companies didn’t seem to know where it is, but google maps location is accurate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maid service seems to be when you request it. One thing to note, there is no elevator so people with issues climbing stairs should be aware.

Average at best

Okay so firstly this accommodation should not be classed as a hotel. It is a collection of rooms with a reception, no bar & no restaurant. The room we got was right next to reception, very noisy in the morning and at night with people coming and going along with the music reception was playing. We booked a street view with balcony room but could not see anything for the trees. We stayed three nights and the room was not changed once, the shower was also very poor and the TV did not work. To finish on a positive it was five minutes walk from the main square.
