The staff was lovely, they were always available to help. I liked the inclusive breakfast option. Not the best food in the world but for Albania, it is good. Our shower door didn’t close all the way and caused water to splash out of the shower frame and we would have to soak it up with a towel each shower. Overall good stay.

I would not stay at this hotel. I was double charged and they lied to my travelocity about a refund that didn't occur. This hotel will take your money. Stay away! Also, this hotel has seasonal air condition, so if you go during the winter and they have a heat wave, you will sweat since they don't have air condition on during this season. Be aware if you stay at this place make sure they charge you correctly or you will never see your money returned.

Probably the best customer service I've experienced of any hotel I've stayed in. Very kind staff, lovely breakfast and a very comfortable room, not to mention great value for money. Genuinely taken aback at the hospitality. I'm sending my parents to Tirana hopefully next month, I'm glad to have found this gem of a hotel, that I can trust to look after them.
