Amra was absolutely wonderful and truly the best person to represent the hotel. She was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Her excellent service and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. She is a real asset to the hotel, and we greatly appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised how luxury this hotel was. What an amazing experience I had from the room with the bathtub with jets. The balcony with the little door, the spy use the rooftop bar the front desk service the gentleman who worked nights with very helpful to me. Since I left early morning he ordered me breakfast two mornings in a row and had my taxi waiting for me to depart to the airport which the hotel was able to put on my credit card. If I ever return to the city, I will definitely be using this hotel again 10 out of 10 luxury location, friendly service breakfast buffet with omelettes to order champagne, coffee probably one of my best hotel experiences

Great hotel in a very walkable location. The pool and spa area were fantastic and the room itself was HUGE with a very comfortable bed. We didn't have time to try the restaurant but it looked beautiful. The only thing I would say could be improved is the checkin process. They make you fill out a fairly long form that asks you things like your room number and what days you are staying, information they should have readily available.

I really liked this hotel, we stayed here for a week, it is more expensive than other 5 star hotels but definitely worth it. The spa amenities were fabulous, we used these 3 times during our 6 day stay. The staff at the reception desk were lovely, especially Amira and Emigri (apologies if I spelt the names wrong). The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the breakfast is not on the level of a normal 5 star hotel, they should work on this and also when travellers ask for a packed breakfast, the chef should think about what he would like to have if he was staying a lovely hotel like this as what we received was very basic.

An exceptionally nice hotel in the heart of Blloku. All the amenities you can think of, a spa, gym, pool. A wonderful rooftop restaurant/bar. I would definitely recommend this place and if I were going to Tirana again I would stay here for sure.

I loved it here !

Was an amazing stay with very friendly staff. It’s hands down the most beautiful hotel in Tirana. You could enjoy a short stay just in the hotel alone & their spa packages are worth the money too.
