“On arrival lights didn’t work. Moved to another room next day, couldn’t fault it, view of Jefferson Memorial (as requested) higher floor & fizz, cake & hand made chocolates left in room. Very friendly reception, housekeeping & room service. Excellent breakfast (complimentary on first morning for inconvenience on arrival) delicious & service in all areas exceptional. “The property is excellent. Modern building and amenities. Room has a FULL kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The gym is large, clean and excellently stocked with modern equipment.
The only note is to have better signage and communication when arriving to check in. It can be a bit confusing. The Kastle app is apparently not as necessary as the pre check-in instructions lead you to beleive.”

“The rocation of this hotel is great. Just close to the Metro or Subway. Also very close to the Time Squared. This is the perfect spot for visitor, who does not want to spend times in finding parking spot.
Another is amenity. I usally do not use amenity. But the aroma of body rotion is so good. It made me feel comfortable and enjoyable at Riu.”
“Staffs were extremely efficient, kind, and helpful! Perfect location close to everything. Kids loved the pool. Excellent breakfast on the bag. The only thing that bothered me was a huge noise from a heater (or boiler?). I had to sleep in the living room, where the noise woke me frequently at night. The others who slept in the bedroom were ok, though.”
