“Emre and Arif at the front desk were incredible hosts and accommodated our every request. The property is excellent and close to the M2 metro and great restaurants, bars and shopping. We will be back.”

“Very good service.”

“I recommend this hotel to everyone. I found out while staying in Istanbul. On the way, I chose the room after looking at the exterior because it was so clean. Decided to stay in this new place. I asked to store my luggage to go to Cappadocia and the staff was kind. During my stay, the staff were very friendly and helped with all my requests. It is located very close to the Galata Tower and is easily accessible by bus, ferry and metro. Breakfast was simple and the view was very nice. If I...

“Great hotel to stay. Rooms clean and staff very friendly. Stayed for 6 nights. Great location. Breakfast generally good but would have preferred if they had a greater variety of fresh fruits. In the lobby they had a bar but thus was not open.”

“Excellent location. Right in the middle of action but as it's tucked in, we didn't hear any noise. Staff super friendly and efficient. Nice spa and fab massage!”

“Nice and friendly. Good area. Everything was Fine.”

“😬”

“This establishment is unequivocally the worst hotel, completely failing in both basic hospitality and guest safety. A recent incident involving a solo female guest (Room 2011) exposes how dangerous and profoundly negligent this property truly is. Late at night, a front desk receptionist inexplicably followed the guest to the elevator, staring aggressively and confronting her in a highly threatening tone. When the terrified guest reported this predatory behavior, the front desk explicitly...
