We LOVE staying here and have stayed both in their regular rooms and in their tents. The tents are my favorite because you are literally staring at the crashing ocean waves. It’s such a special treat! The pool area is perfect, the restaurant/bar is cozy and cool. The overall property is beautiful!

Wonderful stay! Highly recommend! Food was amazing. Service was terrific! Everyone is so nice. Room was really cute with a great view of the pool and ocean. There’s a fun beach bar on the property. We wish we had spent more time there! Will definitely be coming back!

Todo Santos is a beautiful town, this hotel has a great beach front location, and a beautiful villa setting and a great restaurant. The breakfast that was included with our stay was delicious, the bartender making drinks poolside Aaron was so sweet and made the best mango margaritas from scratch ( so good). It was a girls weekend getaway ( four adults) so we shared “The Familia” suite, it had a nice little kitchen set up. A plush king bed, but the two other beds are not true twins, the length is that of a child's bed. I had called the hotel directly to inquire about the room once booked, and I spoke to a gentleman who told me he could accommodate two rollaway twin beds, somehow this was a miscommunication as they were never an option, they managed to set up a bed with added cushions to give it length, so it was workable. The issue was the two girls that slept on those beds were attacked by some kind of insect/ bug. I slept on the king bed and had no issues the first two nights, but by the third the girls were frustrated and extremely uncomfortable, we brought it up to front desk and they quickly cleaned up and addressed the issue, I slept on the “twin” third night and did not experience the bites thankfully. Also the bathroom was nice and spacious but the shower had the worst water pressure, the outside pool shower was better. We had a great time overall the place is nice just lacks a few details.

Thank you for your feedback and we are glad you enjoyed your stay overall. I'm pleased our staff was very attentive to your concerns and helped solve issues quickly. In Suite Familia, when additional adults stay in the room, it is our practice to remove the sofa cushions and replace them with twin size mattresses for a higher level of guest comfort (these are standard size single/twin/individual mattresses) - we will communicate this better going forward so our guests know what to expect upon arrival! We'll review the water pressure in the shower as well.

Super Villa Stay
We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The accommodations are spotlesly clean and the grounds are beatifully maintained. Blissfully slept on the most comfortable bed while lulled by the sound of the ocean waves nearby. At 7 in the morning hot coffee, hot chocolate and mini empanadas were by our door to enjoy on the back deck while watching the little birds in the bushes. Then, early morning walks on the beach. We would have enjoyed our stay even more if the weather had cooperated; it was chilly so we didn't enter the pool but did enjoy the large jacuzzi. We stayed at one of the separate units by the pool that I thought was what we booked. However, apparently the booked unit was in the main building that has a center staircase that is hard to navigate if you have any mobility issues. Fortunately, the unit by the pool was made available to us. Antonio prepared the most delicious margaritas we'd ever had which we enjoyed by the pool while we waited for our room to be readied. The Green Room restaurant dinners were fantastic. Even better, we walked there along a short path from our room. Getting to the Villa is tricky even with the detailed instructions kindly emailed by Jessica, one of the owners. I would suggest downloading a local map of the Todos Santos area to your mobile phone before traveling there. Between the map and instructions, we got there! We even stopped by the Tortugero, the turtle rescue mission along the way from downtown to the Villa.

Beautiful villa right on the Pacific Ocean.
Matt & Jessica made us so welcome from the fresh margaritas on arrival to home cooked breakfasts every morning and a fresh pot of coffee delivered to our room at 7am daily. The villa and gardens are stunning and right on the beach. We were able to spot whales and flying rays from their palapa or roof deck and walk down the beach to one of the best surf spots on the Baja Coast. Such a beautiful place. We'll be back!

Amazing Best Ever
Don't even know where to start. We are very well traveled and have never stayed in a place so beautiful. Every aspect was so well thought out. It felt so exclusive and remote yet was only 15 mins to Todos Santos. Beach was all ours. Water too rough to go in. You can walk forever on beach and never see anybody. Sunset over ocean: pick your spot to watch, the sand, the crows nest on beach, your room, rooftop patio and the list goes on. Start your day with coffee and tea waiting at your door. Breakfast excellently prepared and presented out of doors or in doors by a lit fire. Pool is great plenty of shade and there is always a lounge chair for you or a hammock if you prefer. Palapa / crows nest on beach is inspired! Lay in your Hammock while kids play in the sand all while you take a break in the shade. Climb upstairs to the crowd nest and recline against the pillows for a little nap in the shade while the ocean lulls you to sleep. Sit on your second floor balcony and watch the stars come out. Very little light in the area to compete with stars. Time for your evening meal in Todos Santos's : walk down beautiful glass stairs lite with multiple candles to the fountain foyer all lit with gas lites. I could go on and on but you need discover the rest for yourselves.

Beautiful facilities in a quiet tranquil setting.
Superb facilities. It is like a high end resort with just 4 rooms. So, all of the amenities but very quiet and tranquil. Excellent staff, great pool, comfortable rooms, and an awesome palapa with a crows nest out on the beach where you can sit in the shade with a cool breeze watching the surf break on the sand.

Romantic Ocean Villa With No Detail Overlookef
One of the top three boutique hotels my wife and I have visited. Matt & his colleague Carl could not be more pleasant and helpful. Not one detail from gas lamps and candles to Owen the turtle (who lives in the interior fountain) was over-looked. With only four rooms, this is similar to being invited to your friend's house. Enormous concrete bath tub The entire hotel can be rented with kitchen priveledges. Third floor roof is worth the trip by itself; high powered gas fire pit, benches, stand up wet bar with 4 stools, a round table, bench table and a rolling skylight that opens allowing the outside into the lower levels. A second house (inside not seen) is available for rent. Aged tequila honor bar. Large pool with hot tub and colorful chaise lounges/umbrellas. Hammocks at pool and ocean-front. Virtually no detail overlooked. If you need a break from life where every detail and every request is taken care of, here's the place. The Aguave Suite is top notch and fronts the ocean. Matt was helpful in making reservations for swimming with the whale sharks in La Paz, providing suggestions on good restaurants and showed how much pride he had in the beautiful boutique hotel he built. A tray with a pot of coffee is delivered to your 100 year old door at 7 AM. There are few ways to start a day better than sitting on a private balcony, watching whales and having fresh coffee. Fresh flowers from the estate were placed on our mantle that request. Clean, romantic and a great value.

Best Place in Mexico!
If Villa Santa Cruz has availability during your dates, you're a very lucky person! This is the most amazing property we've had the opportunity to stay in. Everything has been thought of to ensure you're comfortable and cared for while you're there. The beach is a 1 minute walk through a garden and it's almost deserted. We didn't run into any other people for the 3 days we were there. The pool is always at least 80 degrees and you can whale watch while lounging on a pool float. Lastly, the "Crow's Nest" palapa was my son's favorite part of the whole experience. He was up every morning at 7 to read, watch the sun rise, and whale watch from 20 feet up. This place is a dream and you won't regret one second of your time!
