"The hotel is in a good part of Aomori city quite close to Aomori Station. It is important to note this is not the Shinkansen station which is about 8 minutes away by train. The hotel is quite basic. The staff is polite and all business as is normally the case in Japan. There are many hotels to choose from in this area and this is one of them for no special reason."

"Very good location near many restaurants and shops. Less than ten minutes walk to the main train station. Bus stops about half a block from the hotel. Lawson’s convenience store right down stairs for any snacks or drinks you might need. They provide you with bottled water every day . Clean towels and pajamas daily. Bed and room was comfortable. There’s an awesome sushi restaurant behind the hotel that’s excellent!"

"This is the second time I've stayed here and it was wonderful. I love being in the station, close to the train lines and great restaurants. The room was spacious for two people and very clean. We were lucky to be on a floor with the laundry machine and didn't have to fight to use it, but there was only 1 machine on the floor so watch out. Great place, will probably always stay here when in Sendai."

"Room and amenities were lovely. I didn’t get to take advantage of the onsen but it looked really nice. Bathroom especially was so pristine and great smelling products. My only suggestion would be to make the stairs available for people to come up and down because the elevator can be very slow."

"Nothing not to like here! It was amazing. So clean, very comfortable beds, an awesome bathroom with separate handbasin and separate toilet. Breakfast was so good we didn't need lunch. We'll be back!!!"
