The space was very clean and spacious for Japan! Equipped with a laundry machine, kettle and all your basic necessities, this was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

This is not hotel but a building with a small apts. there is no reception/lobby available. All check in and out will be done by emails/whats up communication and etc.. Bathtub was too small so we couldn’t use (couldn’t Lay down inside) use as shower tub There is a washing machine but no dryer machine available so we had to find place to hanging out clothes to dry inside apt and getting dry takes min 1 day Another problem, the mattress and pillow were too soft for us and requested the replace with harder ones. They rejected. I wish they could put har mattress top and hard pillow in the room as alternative. In good side, quite area and good for family, 300 mt to metro so it was good. Personally, I wouldn’t book if I need to visit Tokyo again

Super close to the nearest train station (3 min.), and 2 convenience stores, both just around the corner. Spacious and comfortable for multiple days of stay. I'd definitely stay here again, should another opportunity arise.

The property was easily accessible and close to the train station. It is close enough yet far away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The host is also great at communicating and addressing questions. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

北池袋交通很方便，走路三五分钟穿越一个铁路闸口就是地铁/铁路，我们后续的行程是去箱根，从这里去新宿站特别方便。附近有便利店，300米外有超市。 周围夜晚也很安静，清晨会看到一些早起遛狗的居民，很有生活的气息。 房子清洁度没问题，不过似乎只有洗衣机但没有配备洗衣粉？后来我们去便利店临时买了一个。 需要注意的地方是电梯里霉味确实挺大的，其他都很好。
