Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property is completely mispresented. It cannot accommodate 4 people. It was filthy with even the basin clogging. Wirew everywhere. Things shown in the pictures missing such as the rug on the living room floor. Apartment is in a commercial building which is not mentioned in the listing. It has nail salons as it's neighbours. Something we with kids would never stay in. It was so bad that from day one we were requesting for a way to move out and get a refund. Eventually we had to move out in 3 days even though our booking initially was for 10. It was no possible for us to stay any longer in that place. It's the worst experience we have ever had and now we are struggling with Expedia to get a refund after providing them with documented proof of all our issues.
Stayed 10 nights in Jun 2025
