Great base to explore Tokyo from since its only a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station. The place was clean and tidy, well equipped, and the communication was excellent. Make sure you book a lower floor if stairs are difficult for you as there is no lift. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, very close to Shinjuku shopping street. Comfortable beds. We were allowed to check in after 14.00, it was very convenient for us. Good stay.

Location was great for Shinjuku. Place is very cozy. It is comfortable for a short stay. Dryers are inefficient and no place to dry the laundry on longer stay. Bathroom is adequate but if you are over 6’ 2” be ready to duck. At my height I had to bend knees to shower or my head would hit the fan.

2/10 Terrible

This place was terrible, let me elaborate. The photos make it look super clean, bright and white. This place was small, dirty and not in a great location. The area rug looked like it hadnt been vacuumed and there was dirt all over the floor. The bathroom is awful. It was gross looking, yellow, super small, the mirror was pretty much non-exsistant, the toliet seat was coming off, and the shower is a joke. This place is not family friendly and maybe okay if your just a few single guys staying after a night of drinking.
