Newly renovated, nice rooms, great pool and hot tub, easy access to the turnpike and I75/Toledo. Three good restaurants just a walk across the parking lot, gas station on the corner. My third stay here and I will be staying again.

Its a great place for the value. Very clean rooms with what I thought was a comfortable mattress . Nice bathroom & helpful staff. Very easy access of of I-75. Lots of parking & RV & Semi parking also available. Your standard breakfast, nothing to brag about. The hallways & exterior doors could use an up grade...but will stay there again.

There was no hot water in my room - not in sink, not in shower - not in the morning, not at night. Had to take a cold shower. Asked to be moved to another room for 2nd night, was told it was just a morning thing - boiler not keeping up - would not move me, then at checkout the staff was extremely unhelpful dealing with this, would not comp me, sorry but not sorry, tried to tell me that I did something wrong and didn't know how to turn on hot water. Everything else was great, room was clean, hot tub & sauna downstairs were nice, price was great, but lack of hot water put a damper on the entire stay - will not stay there again!

The staff was friendly. However, the property is dated and needs to be upgraded. It appears to be ran on a shoestring budget. For example when inquiring for fresh towels, I was informed they are gathered and washed and returned each day. Parts of the stairwell carpeting was held together by duct tape. The bathroom smell as though it was cleaned with dirty mop water. The HVAC unit filters did not appear to be cleaned in months. I probably would not book with this hotel group again.

Liked: Amenities
The hotel was disappointing the room had a foul stale cigarette smell when we entered, There was no closets to hang your clothes, The wifi never worked, Thank God for the hotspot on my phone. The hotel didn't have an elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. The clerk failed to mention that when we checked in. On a good note the hot tub, pool area and sauna was nice.

Rooms were clean and ready. Staff, all around, were very nice and helpful. If you are out of something or forgot something small, ie towels, toothbrush, even shampoo and conditioner; ladies they try to keep extra in case you have extra long hair. Convenient location as well.
