HelloFor the comfort of all of our guests in the hotel, we do have to have policies in place that prohibit things such as parties in our guest rooms. Should such an event take place there is an extra cleaning fee applied to the guest bill upon departure. This information is detailed in the registration documentation. We are sorry this impacted you negatively. Please keep the policies in mind for future hotel stays.

I apologize that your sister was unhappy with her accommodations. Our apologies for the short interruption in pool availability. We take pride in the maintenance of our facilities, if there is an issue that needs to be addressed with the swimming pool we unfortunately do need to close the pool for a short period.
