The staff at this hotel, especially Diego, at the reception desk, and Teresa, at the breakfast restaurant, were outstanding with their hospitality and service."

"This is such a beautiful hotel. It has a traditional exterior but with lovely stylish modern rooms. We loved our large balcony, the air conditioning is super and the staff are very helpful and friendly, telling us about the bus service outside the hotel to the centre of Toledo Old Town and providing a map. We walked as it’s only about 1.5 miles to the centre. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of delicious options. Highly recommend."
