Aylsham is a gorgeous place to visit and the unique ships, range of restaurants and warm welcome from the people who live and work there have left a really positive and heart warming impression on me. “Stayed in room 17 of the Lawns annexe, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room was large, quiet with superking bed and nice walkin shower. Parking on site. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and helpful. Fresh milk for tea always a nice touch

“The hotel had a bit of character and was well located for access to the coast and nearby sights. Our room was large and comfortable with a table and chairs, plenty of storage space. The grounds were a good size, well maintained and great for sitting outside. Dinner was very good in a conservatory dining room. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, happy to chat and offer advice on places to visit and things to do. A very enjoyable short stay ”
