“The property location is beautiful overlooking fountain park. The location was well kept; the pool was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. You do need to be careful in the night we saw a pack of Javalinas, they were around 20. the only thing I have a complaint is the breakfast hours. The breakfast is in a room where they keep lock and the hours are 7am-9am, would of appreciated if they were earlier in morning. Had various appt that made it difficult to partake. And in the rooms,...

“Our stay was wonderful. A few high points: - The staff were friendly and helpful. Jasmine, for one, at the front desk was very responsive. - Dom and Keri in the spa were especially wonderful (as was our masseuse). Can't wait to come back to the spa (hopefully next year?). Lots of great services available there. - Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. - The resort was beautiful and quiet with a terrific view. Perfect for what our needs were. - The surrounding community, while not...

“Very nice place for a family to stay. Clean and well maintained if a little old.”

“Not cleaned properly. Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass. I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips. So disappointed.”

“I wish we would have known there were no elevators & that the grounds were hilly and difficult to navigate, especially to a group of 70+ seniors. One of our rooms was on the 2nd level, 29 stairs (outdoor steps) to our room. As it was a beautiful view we had to change that room the day after check in...as we realized we could not go up & down those steps for our 8 day stay We needed to go to the lobby to get ice, towels, toilet pape, etc. The pool area needed much improvement...no tables, no...

“Location and amenities are great.”
