This room smelt like a dirty ashtray! All soft surfaces need to be removed and replaced. The walls need to be repainted with odor reducing paint to eliminate the smoke smell although a decent job was done on Reno of the bathroom the room itself was horrid dirty drapes and chair! Lord only knows what was trapped between the cushion of the chair, this is something a good vacuuming would take care of, I have a picture I will attach if that is possible!

Instead taking public transforation and save more time , staff told us to take the hotel shuttle bus to pearson train and pick up to terminal 1 back to the hotel (vise versa) for 3 days stay very convenient ,

Stayed for a flight stopover in Toronto. Shuttle service was convenient & quick. The staff in all areas were so very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the meal, pool, hot tub & sauna to kick off our vacation. Everything neat & clean. Highly recommend!

The cleanliness was not what i expected for USD 120 a night hotel. As well the noise from the planes is way too high. The hotel should invest in better soundproofing . A complimentary water bottle wouldn't hurt either.

Noisy, noisy. The noise from the planes was unbearable. No coffee, no breakfast like the other best westerns. Charged twice for parking and had to go back to get fixed.

The AC seems to be centrally controlled. After checking into the first room and it being uncomfortably hot and the AC not keeping up, the second room was the same. The temp and fan could be changed with no response from the AC unit. If you struggle to sleep in a warm room, i wouldnt recommend staying here.

The deadbolt on my door wouldn’t work. When I contacted the desk and had someone come up they said it was fine. Because the door was locked and only people with card keys could get in and only staff members had card keys. I explained that that was still not ok because I should be able to lock it so those with card key couldn’t just access the room when they wanted. He tried to mansplain to me that I was safe and I ended up putting a chair up against the door. So not a good night sleep. But I will say the bed and pillows were super comfortable.

I will Start with the staff. They were very good, quick and extremely polite. The building is a bit dark. Hallways are dark. Not a bright and cheery vibe. The rooms are nice though there were stained towels in the bathroom and previous guests hair everywhere.

I booked this hotel at the last minute as I needed an overnight place to stay in between flights. I was looking for something cheap, and this did the trick. You certainly get what you pay for, and there's nothing wrong with that. The hotel was standard for the price - it was clean and had a bed; that's all I needed. The shuttle driver was not overly friendly, the airplanes above were quite loud (a given due to its location but not ideal if you're a light sleeper), and the shower sucked. It was obvious that it was an older hotel that they tried to pretty up in most places, but again, it was clean. There is a restaurant on site (I didn't try it; I got Uber Eats instead), and I noticed that they have self-serve laundry, which could be an added bonus for some. I would recommend it if you're just looking for a quick place to sleep, but nothing other than that, unfortunately.
