Stay here quite often but the place is starting to show its age. Was awoken the other night when a piece of wooden trim dropped and crashed to the ground outside the room door. Shower has low pressure and two temperatures, scalding or cold. But the staff are amazing at the restaurant and front desk.

I was handed a dirty room. Spider webs over the web, heater was broken hanging from the wall, fridge door was wide open as it doesn’t close. When I spoke with customer service they sent me the maintenance guy who came looked and did nothing. The receiptionist raised his voice at me for wanting to change the room. Horrible experience I do not recommend !!

I would not recommend anyone to them. I had the worst ever experience with these people. Not proper cleaning, careless staff, worst house keeping, vending machine took my money above all not providing customers with basics amenities such as iron. Authority please look into these problem.

This property needs to be refurbished. I have never stayed at a four points that was this in need of repair. Definitely not like other Sheratons. There were stains on the wallpaper in our room, housekeeping missed picking up someone’s flosser off the floor. No bags in the garbages, no extra blanket in the closet, and the duvet on the bed was so threadbare we were cold all night.

No tv guide, no ice, the staff wasn't to polite. Found weird stains on lamp, hair and hair elastics throughout the room

Had to change rooms as windows rattled. Its on an intersection that is noisy at all hours. Staff were nice, rooms were clean. But wouldnt recommend

I do not recommend this hotel to any one. The wall paper in the bathroom was dirty and peeling off. The sink and tub were only passable. The desk chair fabric not only worn but super dirty. The bed sheet has dirty big patch at the end. There was NO LIGHT BULB , yes no light bulb in the desk lamp. 1 star hotel because there is no negative star. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

This property is not well maintained. Rooms need update. They had 2 plastic water bottles in the rooms which seems to refilled as for both caps were open. Moreover gets very noisy 7am onwards and housekeeping starts banging on the doors 8am

I really liked this hotel. They have a restaurant, they serve breakfast at a cost, they have a small convenience store. There rooms are nice. Staff is very accommodating, we had a problem with our room and when they couldn’t fix it. They found us another room. The pillows and mattress was very comfortable!

I was very happy with my stay. Staff was extremely friendly, bed was super comfy, rooms were very nice and clean, and the restaraunt down stairs had great food. Would definitely stay here again if Im in the area.

Had to pay $45 for a coffee, a glass of Orange juice as hotel staff failed to inform that the specific room we book does not cover breakfast. Server who greeted us at the breakfast area should have check that first. Receptionist at check in mentioned free breakfast timing but failed to informed us that it is not free for our booking. Otherwise everything else was great.

Staff were well-trained and friendly. Given this is a Sheraton property, we were disappointed that the room amenities did not match the brand and price. There's only one bedside table and lamp, and to reach the lamp, it's so high on the wall, you have to get out of bed. The bed sags toward the middle. Uncomfortable pillows, no choice of replacement. No drawer space. None. Whenever the heat rises in the room, instead of shutting off the heat for a few minutes, the noisy air conditioner turns on, blasting out cold air with a vengeance. No information package in the room (e.g. amenities like gas stations or restaurants in the neighborhood). Yappy dog in neighbouring room, though to be fair, this is not the hotel's fault.
