There was poop on my sheets and they did nothing they had all day from 9am to 7pm when i got back to fix the issue and no one even went in to change the sheets. Then when I received new ones those ones were stained as well.

Overall , the rooms are nice and comfy but when we stayed in room 115 the air conditioning didnt work and it was really hard to sleep. Then we got moved to 306. Then ater it got better

The room was spacious with lots of area to move around and sit. Good size kitchen, plus dining table and office type area. Beds were comfortable. The layout made it easy for the 3 of us to all have our own space to relax in and no shortage of space to sit. Location wise it worked well for us as it was a 3 minute car ride to bring our son to university. There is also a Starbucks right across the street which was nice. Despite this property being a fairly new build, things were looking rundown, especially the bathroom, which was also quite small. The mirror in the bathroom was the light up kind but did not work so very dim lighting in bathroom. Had to put my makeup on in front entrance which was better lit. The bathroom looked run down also with various things falling apart. The air conditioning did not really work either. The temperature when we got there was set high. We lowered it 5 degrees before bed and in the morning it had only gone down by 1 degree. The room was definitely too warm. Lastly, the room smelled like old cooking, probably from former guests.

There was no parking available when we arrived . Room wasnt clean with unclean bed sheets.. and okay washroom and some sort of drips and stuff on bed side. They didnt service apartments daily and even upon request tbeh did bare min of cleankng washroom and just makimg the bed.. they didnt cjange the bedsheets. We would have to awake from noisy construction on our floor which woild statt earlu morning. And the constuctjon was on the floor we were staying at (not an external consturctuon not in tjeor control)

The building looks more like a condo than hotel but nonetheless the room was much better than we expected. It was clean and presentable, we had a lot of amenities, fridge, microwave, huge TV, bathtub etc. The bed and couch was super comfy, a/c worked fine in our room (119), the vent in the toilet didn't work though, not a big issue for us, the reception area is cool, there are snacks available for purchase. It it located right behind a Starbucks and Harvey's and walking distance to a plaza that had lots of food options, Tim Horton's, Dollar Tree etc. The only thing is there was a small hazard at the front where you could have tripped, looking at the place you probably wouldn't expect much, I'd say an average place to stay, maybe 3 out of 5 stars but we were comfortable, would stay again if we are ever in the area in future.

- Not enough parking - The lights on the bathroom didn’t work, only one - Bathroom wasn’t clean - Didn’t even have bottle of water in the fridge, had to buy it

Run by young kids no customer service don’t have to talk we checked in 3 and didn’t get enough towels and blankets until 1130 pm mid night after making several trips to there counter

We stayed at the skye hotel and residence. The staff are not nice, the AC didn’t work and when you report same. Front desk staff behave as if your a problem. The housekeeping is the worst ever.

À éviter absolument – expérience désastreuse L’hôtel était dans un état de malpropreté inacceptable. La salle de bain n’était même pas terminée, avec du plâtre encore apparent sur les murs. Le sofa était couvert de taches, tout comme les chaises de cuisine. La cuisinette ne contenait aucune vaisselle ni coutellerie, et les armoires étaient sales. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises à changer de chambre ou, à défaut, à obtenir une réduction, mais le personnel a refusé toute forme d’aide. Résultat : une horreur qui nous a coûté 400 $ pour deux nuits. C’est du vol. Je n’y retournerai jamais et je vous recommande fortement de ne pas y mettre les pieds. ⸻ Absolutely to avoid – terrible experience The hotel was in an unacceptable state of filth. The bathroom was unfinished, with plaster still on the walls. The sofa was extremely stained, as were the kitchen chairs. The kitchenette had no dishes or cutlery at all, and the cabinets were dirty. We repeatedly asked the hotel staff to change our room or at least give us a discount, but they refused to help in any way. The result: a nightmare that cost us $400 for two nights. This is a scam. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend you avoid this place.

The floor very sticky, the sofa bed The sofa bed is filthy never been cleaned. The toilet is stuck on a first day there. TV remote controller is missing and controller doesn't even work when they gave it to us.

The hotel was nice. We enjoyed the room. But there were a few things that threw me off… firstly when we checked into our room the deadbolt was broken. We let the front desk know and they said they’d come fix it at 8am the following day but they didn’t. At 1 I had to go down and remind them about the door, they ultimately got it done that day while we were out thankfully. Secondly, I paid for a late check out because we had a late flight. It was CA $40. The day of our check out a women came to the door asking us when we are leaving and told us we have to check out. I told her I paid for a late check out. Then again at 12:30 a man knocked once on the door and before i even had the time to get there and respond he started opening my door… he told us that we have to leave and I told us them AGAIN that I paid for a late check out. mind you he was there at the desk when i ran the transaction. Get on the same page… over all 6.5/10

This property is not even close to all the beautiful photos on Expedia. Every photo from outside building, to lobby, to all the room photos all fake! Room dirty, no cutlery, no dishes, no glass, holes in wall dirty floors. My 4 year old son white socks black in 2 hours. Why do they provide kitchens there is no accessories to be able to use kitchen! I must say worst hotel ever, not safe outside, drug dealers everywhere and prostitution. This hotel needs to come down from your website
