โThe staff went over the top. Reception Guy, Moreno, met us even tho we were hours late & provided excellent recommendations. The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance โ
โWithout doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The Palazzo is stunning and Alfonso, Francesca, Matteo and all the staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was exemplary. From the moment of arrival with a welcome cool towel and fresh juice to collecting our car from the car park and packing it for us, they made us feel very special and welcome. โI booked this place that was rated a 10/10 but only based on one personโs rating. So, I gave it a shot with some reservation. I am very pleased that I did, because it was a real gem. The property was amazing, right in the old part of Town with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. They made a great daily breakfast that was amazing. Their staff were as nice as the location. NO HESITATION to go back or recommend it to anyone. Great spot. โ
