The family suite was large but there were several items in need of attention. Broken soap dispensers, toilet seats, freezer covered in deep frost, and empty frames hanging throughout - the condition stood out compared to most hotels we stay in. Muy limpio y completo para parejas o familia, localizado cerca del centro de Madrid, donde puedes caminar a restaurantes, tiendas, plazas etc, pero no tiene elevador, si te hospedas en el piso 4 y tienes equipaje es un poco incómodo, si vas en coche tienen parking también
