โStaff was incredible, helped with anything we needed and made accommodations when needed. Pool area was not the best but we only used it for one day. โ
โHonestly did not expect the 5 star service that they provided. Iโve never been greeted out front of a hotel until this stay. Breakfast is included but we had to leave before breakfast and sure enough at 4:30am there was breakfast waiting for our family at the check out desk! Amazing service, and the rooms and property were beautiful!!โ

โPerfect spot for as we came into San Jose for our flight out the next day. The family is so kind, and it was nice to be 20 min out of the madness of a city after spending 2 weeks in amazing beaches and rain forests. Highly recommend!โ
โWir waren nur 1 Nacht in der Villa Ignacio, aber uns hat unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist wirklich groรzรผgig mit einem schรถnen Garten und wer Lust und Zeit hat kann auch die Trails dort laufen. Der Pool ist sauber, so wie die gesamte Anlage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Flug ging erst spรคt abends, aber wir konnten alles noch bis zum Schluss nutzen.
