“Food, Service and Drinks were awesome. Pool area and cabana bar were perfect except for lots of leaves and blooms in the pool. Elevator is blazing hot and hallways are warm. Suite had a stocked bar and fridge, and lots of snacks. Patio was large but not enough furniture. Surrounding area has many more shops, bars and restaurants. Limited parking. We will be back.”
“This might be my new favorite hotel in NOLA. Staff training seems to be a common issue in New Orleans, but they were nice and the property itself was very pleasant in terms of room size, visually appealing decor, the patio out front, and the communal balconies. The bathroom, while fabulously tiled with red, black, and white marble, was a bit cramped compared to the rest of the room, but the water pressure was amazing.”
“When we arrived before check in, we were told to leave our bags in in an area in the back--and it was never locked. But the worst was when we went to our room, (noticing very dirty carpet along the way), opened the door, and another couple was in the room! They said it was a glitch in their keying system.
Nothing inspired confidence about the place.”
“This could be a good hotel, but the staff (particularly the night staff) is poorly trained and lacking in basic people skills. The front entrance doors and the lobby give a truly awful first impression, and the whole building smells moldy. The morning staff were much cheerier and welcoming and the room was less awful than the lobby suggested it might be. It's next door to the Pontchartrain, which is lovely but can be super busy and has no parking. If you're looking for a boutique hotel...
“While you are in here, You can feel like being a member of upper class in history. Room was very clean and the other conditions were extremely good. Strongly recommend. ”
“Breakfast was ok. Not bad but not great. No toiletries or hand soap at the bathroom sink, but shower items were installed and available. Beds were comfortable. Parking was affordable.”
“Classical building, modern interior. Very social atmosphere. But dining room is too small, hard to accomodate many people. Also, you have to take public transportion to get to French Quarter. 오래된 건물이지만 내부는 매우 깔끔하게 리모델링돼서 좋은 의미로 클래식함. 방문 당시에 굉장히 사교적인 분위기였음. 주변 분위기가 그리 좋지 않고 프렌치쿼터까지 가려면 대중교통 필수.”
“This hotel had charged minibar payment that I never never used. I did not even look the minibar section on the table, so I do not know what kind of snack and beverage there. I have sent an email to the customer service, however they sent me a false receipt. I sent an email again, they did not answer. I am very unhappy for the attitude of this management. I am really disappointed. ”
“If you are looking for a authentic New Orleans experience you have found it. I started coming here when I worked for American Airlines, recently I have brought each of my daughter's on their 21st birthdays and I hope they return year after year as I have. If you want to feel what its like to live in New Orleans instead of just visiting this is as close as it gets. The rooms are elegant and beautiful. You have
a real key to the beautiful iron work gate and parking on street or inside the...
