What stood out most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. From check-in to check-out, the staff were always friendly, helpful, and courteous, making me feel right at home. "Property and activities were very nice. Expedia had sent 2 emails saying I had $100 credit on hotel activities. However, the hotel said this was not the case. A little disappointed in this part. Expedia quoted a lower price than I was actually charged "
