"Our second time at this property and glad we chose it again. Super friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and just the right amenities. Excellent breakfast and good wifi. Family and dog friendly! Thanks to Alexis for helping with a last minute late checkout due to an impromptu breakfast meeting. Will be coming back in May and July! "

"They Welcomed our pet with no issues. The parking lot was dirty and a lot of sketchy people hanging around there at night. I worried about leaving my car over night hoping no one would break in to it. The hotel could do a better job at cleaning inside the rooms. Our room had left over gold fish crackers at the head of the bed on the floor. the lights in the room bareley worked. We had issues with the entry door locking and not allowing us into the room the door this happened several times we had to ask the front office to allow us in the room. There really wasn't any kind of breakfast and that area was always dirty and not cleaned. The elevator was dirty and had a piece of cearl in there from the time we arrived to check in until the time was checked out. the floor was was on smelled light cigerette smoke which there was not supposed to be any smoking in the hotel. staff was very friendly. The chair that was in our room we never sat in as it was dirty. We worried about bed bugs this is how the hotel looked we stripped the bed to make sure there was no bedbugs and made sure we didn't carry any home with us. I will not return to the hotel because of the look and how dirty it was."

"I DO NOT recommend anybody staying at this hotel! My family and I checked in to this hotel and before we could even unpack to change I found dead roaches in the phone by the bed and around the room. When I went told the front desk lady she said there was nothing she could do and I asked for a refund and again said there was nothing she could do till her manger comes in. Well manger comes in the next day and denies my request for a refund. Yes I have pictures and showed them."

"It was very nice but not having free breakfast was not. The internet did not work good. On the second day we only got one fresh towel."

"My daughter and I had dinner at the bar on Monday, 3/16. We were there from just after our check in (probably 7:30-8:00 pm) until after 10:00 pm. We had a very emotionally, physically, and mentally draining 10 days in McKinney and needed a break. For the time we spent at the bar, enjoying cocktails, wine, and dinner (the wings were fabulous!!!), Chris and Austin treated us like family members, allowing us an escape from a reality we never thought we would be dealing with. We would like to thank these two for the conversation and laughter. It was a much needed respite. We are truly grateful. Chris and Austin had no idea what we had been through, but delivered exactly what was needed in the moment!"

"The location of the hotel was what was needed. It was very obviously old and a poor attempt was made to update it. We generally really like Townehouse Suites but this building drags the hotel brand down. The floor in our bathroom was so slanted that the glass shower door kept sliding open on its own creating a watery mess on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee. Staff was very nice and attentive. "
