"Checked in for a weekend to give my mom a Mother’s Day get staycation. When we first arrived the front desk lady Vanessa told us we could not check in because they “don’t accept local check ins” which was absolutely nowhere located in any policies or requirements online! We gave her an out of town address and she “updated it” and let us check in. Whirlpool was broken which was the main reason we choose the location. Microwave was broken the entire weekend and never received helped for a new one. When I went back down to ask for a print out of the policies stating locals were not allowed to check in she said they didn’t have one and are allowed to go off their personal discretion basically if they wanna allow a person to check into the hotel room, discrimination in my opinion. The place was very cleanly however, we made the best of our stay and had a great weekend the pool is heated so it was nice since the Jacuzzi was broken."

"The room was not clean, lots of dead bugs around the room. Carpet was dirty. The control was missing the back of it and we found it in the back of the bed. The thermostat has tape holding it… The wall seem to have blood. The light feature did not work."

"My first room had hair in the shower. No one was available to clean it so got my room switched. Second room bathroom was not clean. Shower had red soap build up in the corners hair on the floor and a small clip of dirt in the back on the ledge. Shower head was loose from the pipe. Water pressure is poor. Crap fix job to the soap dispenser in both bathrooms. And there was some dried up stain on the floor in front of the toilet. Head board as all worn out and peeling off. It wasn’t worth the amount of money I paid for this room. If I could of gotten a refund and stayed somewhere else I would have "

"TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again."

"They have replace carpets with hard surface flooring in the rooms and placed nice rug on each side of the bed. The staff kept asking what could they could do for us. Breakfast was cook beautifully and a large portion. We enjoyed."
