โThey didn't clean our room so I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels but the beds were comfortable and front desk were very friendly. โ
โThey were busy at check in but we ate free popcorn and drank free soda while we waited. Josh apologized profusely for the long wait and brought us complimentary bottles of water after things slowed down for him. Josh gave us a room so we could view the fireworks show. We had no idea there would be a display. It was a wonderful surprise.โ
โThe property was spacious and clean. Plenty of areas to relax and hang out. Staff were accommodating, friendly, laid back, and overall excellent.โ
โUpon check-in, we were given welcome drinks. Our room was spacious & beautiful. The beds were fluffy and cozy all night. The property offers a lot of amenities, however we were in town for a wedding, so we didnโt have time for all the wonderful things offered. There is a nice walking park next to the hotel. Itโs perfect walking distance to the Star. A simple stroll down the block and youโre in the middle of the Star. โ
โThis property is in great condition. The general areas and guest rooms are well-kept. It is in animal location since it is connected to a major mall with plenty go dining and shopping options, plus a movie theater. There is a great self-parking option that is safe and close to the property.โ
โBreakfast was the best in a long time! So many options- waffles, packaged cereals, muffins, pastries, good eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, oatmeal, breads, fruit, much more! Staff very friendly and prompt! Room clean and comfortable. Safe and convenient area.โ
