Memorable stay
Had a wonderful stay here. Couldn't fault a single thing. Staff all so nice and want your stay to be memorable. Night porter had to leave me out late to collect my daughter and knew I'd be back in a half hour and was even watching out for us offering us tea or coffee. The manager brought our breakfast to the room in the morning and the reception was lovely along with the Spa staff. 100%. We will be back.

Excellent hotel, although, with no pool, only for spa users. Breakfast is amazing but coffee quality can improve.

Nice Property and Friendly Staff
We were just passing through on the way to Doonbeg, so it was a good spot to jump back on the highway. Really nice property and the sauna/steam room were amazing after a chilly day on the course. Food was great and the staff were super friendly. Would stay here again.

We loved the room and the staff were topnotch. Didn't like that there wasn't air conditioning and/or fans for each room. It was warm in the room. Having said that, after being told there weren't any fans available for our use in the room, a staff member (Harry, I believe was his name), offered to go to his house and brought us a fan from his home that we used for 2 days during our stay. Topnotch! Thank you again Harry!

Were upgraded to the bridal suite upon arrival. Room was spacious and comfortable. Tv is a smart tv and allows use of Netflix, etc. breakfast was complimentary and delicious. Staff very friendly and accommodating and even delivered a small mini fridge to the room for our stay.

Top Class Service at the Ballygarry hotel, Tralee
Fabulous time at the Ballygarry hotel. From the moment we arrived, staff could not do enogh for us. From arrival in the piring rain where a lovely young lad arrived to the car with an umbrella to help in any way, from reception to the staff in the Brasserie and the bar, they could not have been friendlier! Great rooms, spotlessly clean. The following day in the restaurant, had a beautiful breakfast and special graduation lunch where extra little touches for the graduate made it a special day....such attention throughout the lunch - unreal. Great chats with the friendly concierge too! Thank you to all, we will be back!!! Highly recommend, next time will defo make time for the Spa!

Great hotel, no ac but we were provided with a fan. Rooms are spacious, we had a superior room. Gorgeous grounds. Not happy we were unable to have dinner at the restaurant as it's closed during the week.

Fabulous hotel in beautiful surroundings
Fabulous hotel, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the surroundings are breathtaking.

A Classic Irish Hotel with Great Service and Decor
I decided to stay at this hotel for a short break with my husband as I had previously attended weddings there and gotten a very good impression of it. Our bedroom was lovely, it wasn't huge but it was very comfortable and the decor was really attractive. The bathroom was very large and had a separate shower and bathtub as well as great light for applying makeup. We were delighted to be able to eat dinner outside in a lovely enclosed patio with heaters and good airflow. The food is on the traditional side but the quality is high. In the morning we had hoped to be able to eat breakfast outside because but the patio wasn't open. The staff went out of their way to help us though by organizing impromptu room service for us. The gardens are lovely and on a good day they make a wonderful spot to relax and look at the beautiful country around the hotel.

Freedom break.
A wonderful few days spend at this hidden gem.From the moment we entered the foyer we felt welcomed and relaxed. COVID hygiene was to the fore at all times with hand sanitation available everywhere. Spotless in every way. Staff absolutely A1. Well trained and perfect in appearance. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere and this makes for a relaxed ambiance. Food lovely. Ideal hotel for exploring beautiful Sandy beaches and woodland walks. This hotel will not disappoint. Looking forward to many returns to BallygarryHotel in the near future.

Luxury location
Beautiful gardens. Convenient bit quiet location just off main road . Luxurious room very comfortable, just right temperature. Excellent breakfast with so much choice.

Incredible Stay
I am lucky to be well travelled and so have encountered numerous types of accommodation over the years. By far, Ballygarry Hotel and Spa is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From my first step in the door to the final departure, I could not find one single flaw. The entire experience was enhanced by all of the staff who made us feel like they already knew us without being imposing. Every day we were greeted and recognised and treated with the best service, highest quality food, and most comfortable environment possible. The rooms are outstanding and the whole ambiance is incredibly relaxing. All of this at a very reasonable price, the value for money was outstanding. We have been raving about the hotel since we left and will definitely return. Thank you for the wonderful experience

It's location gave us easy access to Dingle and Kerry as well as the golf courses we came to play. Food was good in both restaurants.

A bit like a nice Doubletree
We chose this hotel for the location near Dingle and Ring of Kerry. It's a family run hotel, but one that's been so modernized that it could have been any high-end chain hotel. The staff was extremely gracious and helpful, dinner service only OK, food quite good (we ate in the rather cheerless and dimly lit--not in a charming way--pub for dinner, nice breakfast, pretty dining room). An Irish couple we met there said they loved the place so much this was their third visit and their choice for a special birthday weekend. We didn't have time to try the spa. There is a pleasant wooded hiking area very nearby, but you need a car to get to any town. Quite a bit of traffic noise, due to the major road running right by the property.
