“Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre”

“Perfect location in the heart of Cardiff city centre but still at a location where you dont hear so much from the weekends party antics. Ideal for those couple of days away and access to events happening whether it's partying, music or sports events. An older building that still needs a little TLC in places but very spacious rooms and bathrooms (the ones I've stayed in were)! Enjoy the vibrancy of the welsh capital and it's surrounding areas.”

La douche était très salle, le robinet en piètre état et la toilette ne fonctionnait pas. Les lits étaient mous. La pire expérience d’hôtel de ma vie. Le personnel est au courant de l’état de la chambre mais ils nous ont dit que la compagnie ne faisait rien pour améliorer l’établissement.”

“Check in was hard work. Their communication with access to the property was none existent and we had to contact them via the booking agent as their details were incorrect. No one to speak with until the end when we were charged for damages to a sofa bed that wasn’t even used. Would advise you check everything and report anything you find as soon as you check in.”
