"The staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. My husband and I came a day early to go on a Alaska cruise. The bed was comfortable, room clean. Bathroom was ok. Toilet was in a odd spot, Restaurant on site. BREAKFAST AND DINNER. I just wished the room had a microwave. , but we had a fridge"

"This was a perfect spot to stay while you were in Seattle to check out the downtown shopping street. The one thing I didn't like was you could not read the buttons in the hallways for the elevator because of all the red. The room was great."

"When you go in no one is there to receive you and tell you that the lobby is on the 10th floor. The person at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. Only one elevator was working and another guest told us it had been like that for over a month. It’s in a good central location and room was clean."

"We had an ocean view, it was beautiful. In the room they have a fireplace which makes it better. Big room, restroom with showers and bathtub. The view for breakfast and dinner on the water. Amazing views"
