“Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The whole property was spotless, the facilities were beautiful, the room was probably the nicest one we have ever stopped in, furnished to an extremely high standard and so comfortable. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.
