Had a 2 day stay and ran out of soap in the shower by the second day. For older guests something to hang onto in the shower would have been great”
“Booked a single cabin and talk about beachfront it was 2 steps and onto beach. Little bit of traffic noise due to highway outside but shut cabin up and was good. Swim off the beach or fish or just sit back and catch the sun. Book in was easy and reception was so nice and knew the area well… Thank you”

“Had a couple of technical issues. I’m not surprised as it is a new venue running some state of the art systems. Problems happen. The staff went out of their way to assist. That is the measure of a great company. Problems could not be fixed then and there, however they made sure I was happy. Gold star. ”

"Positive Experience:
This was my third time staying at this hotel in Cairns, and once again, it was a pleasant experience overall. I arrived early in the morning, and a kind Japanese staff member at the front desk went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in for an additional fee. Thanks to them, I was able to settle in comfortably after a long flight.
Moreover, as I had requested in advance, I was given a room at the corner side with the best view, which I truly appreciated. It made my stay even more enjoyable.
Areas for Improvement:
However, there were a few disappointing aspects during this visit.
Firstly, the shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty, with only a bit of water left inside. I’m not sure whether the previous guest used it all or took it, but it seemed the housekeeping staff had not checked or refilled it before my arrival. This is something that definitely needs more attention.
Secondly, after checking out the next day, I was informed that my swimming trunks had been blown off and had fallen to a lower level. When I asked about retrieving them, I was simply told that it was difficult since check-ins were ongoing. The response felt rather dismissive.
