"The hotel overall is very good. You can tell it is aging with the guest rooms needing an update- but the rooms were clean. The buffet breakfast was very good as was the service. The hotel setting was very attractive on the lagoon. Free shuttle from the airport was a nice plus."

"This hotel has an unfortunate policy of only providing housekeeping every other day. Completely unacceptable not to mention unhygienic. I prefer taking baths and I of course had to forego my routine and do showers. Still the tub was dirty and slippery. And then when the housekeeper finally showed up to clean it wasn’t until 4:30pm. They weren’t thoughtful enough to at least clean earlier so that by the time I returned from being gone all day I would have a clean room. I won’t ever use Comfort Inn again."

"Elevators weren't working hotel was packed. We stay here when we take a cruise so our bags are extremely heavy so you have to know the elevators being out was a great inconvenience. Staff was great as always. Room our sink drained very slow. Was happy as i was in the past."
