"The room was filthy. Bathroom was super dirty. Lamp and TV didn’t work and telephone was not connected so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I went to the front desk and complain she said I should have said something sooner. I told her we had arrived at 1030pm after driving for hours and I went straight to bed. I told her the room should not be dirty in the first place and checked out. She continued to yell at me across the lobby as I was walking out. Very poor customer service and filthy room."

"We didn’t eat at the hotel or use any of the amenities. We were just there overnight to sleep. Our room had gnats coming up out of the bathroom sink which was surprising."
