The property is in very bad shape, many things in the room are broken. I had to move from the first room because even the lock on the door was not functioning correctly. The linens were stained and none of the electrical plugs had covers or were functioning properly. The breakfast is just coffee and old cereal. Definitely the worst place I've ever stayed

I would like a refund as we left without staying as the smell was nauseating when walking in, bed had burn holes in the bedding. $50 deposit that’s returned but honestly what does that go to if the lights flicker in the room and the room isn’t up to par to sleep in.

Checked in early in night. Tgen went out on town came back to find someone on room and key not working !!! Front desk said they had to give my room to someone else. !!!! So weird and strange and non professional Nd scary

Tv was not working and half the lights in the room didn’t turn on. Walked it and saw how bad it was and checked back out in less than ten minutes of being in the room. I need a full refund I didn’t stay. They were smoking in hallway and police was kicking someone out when I arrived. This needs to be shut down!!!

We were there about 2 hours. The police came and went 3 times during those two hours. Everything in the room appeared to be 50 years old with the stains and cigarette burns to prove it. We looked up reviews and saw mentions of roaches and bedbugs. We decided to just lose the nonrefundable $80 and checked out. We booked a different hotel room on my phone escaped, though not before a man in an enormous truck cussed at us for taking up space in front of the office load everything back into the car.

Days Inn Southern Tulsa is the worst hotel I've stayed in ever! *Keys to room didn't work. I had to return on 3 different occasions to have them reprogrammed. *Non-smoking area of Hotel had obviously been full of smokers. There was also a 'masquerading' smell of 'air freshener' which was way too strong and smelled terrible. *Furniture in room was falling apart, even the chair to sit on. Mattress was probably 50 yrs. old. *Lamp next to bed didn't work. *Safe box was broken. *Housekeeping never came to my room! Towels weren't picked up nor replaced and bed was never made! *View from window showed Trash everywhere on the backside of hotel, all over the grass. *Breakfast was only a small pudding and some cereal. Pretty much, non-existent, so I had to have breakfast elsewhere. *The hotel had plenty of rooms, and yet, I was placed next to a room with people making noise until 1am. *It was a pretty bad experience.

Sheets were unclean and had dirt on them. The toilet and shower were unclean and had hair on them and around them. Looks nothing like the pics. Drug deals going down in the parking lot.

This place was a total DUMP!! As soon as you walked in the door you were hit by the overwhelming smell of either cologne or incensts I couldn’t tell. We soon figured out why though, upon walking down the hallway to our room the smell immediately changed to the smell of straight mold. We got into our room and there was chew spit all over the wall, the beds had stains all over the mattresses, and you couldn’t watch the TV unless you unplugged the refrigerator. Needless to say we immediately left. It was beyond gross, I felt uncomfortable just sitting in the bed. The chairs in the room were also stained and looked like something you would find in an abandoned house. Do not let the pictures fool you, I found a WAY nicer hotel for the same amount these people were charging for the night. So disappointed that we lost our money by getting a room here But, I could not spend another minute in this crap hole. If you want to be surrounded by homeless people and in the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to then this is the place for you.

The tv did not work. No hot water at the sink. No chairs. Fixtures rusted. No carafe on the coffee pot. Blanket had burn holes and was worn. The room was not as pictured on the web site. Can hear people talking in adjoining rooms. can hear doors closing from other rooms. fixtures without bulbs.

Stop! and do not I repeat do not stay at this establishment I booked 3 rooms off Expedia. com for the fact I was traveling to attend my grandson baby shower, The rooms was filthy, the sheets on the bed had blood on them, the shower flood was black from not being washed the carpet was filthy at one point they put us in another room that was worst I took my family out of there! The outside of the building was full of trash and beer cans I called Expedia to let them know what was going on and how we didn’t feel safe they refused to return my money !! DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENTS !!

The largest Dispensary in Tulsa is attached to the building. People outside my room were smoking until aftet 2 in the AM. I was going to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. The place is 1 step up from a flop house.

The whole hotel smells like weed and incense. Our room was located around the corner to the bar thats connected to the hotel. Next to the bar is a dispensary. The music is so loud we can feel every beat of every song. Our room was very dirty and in poor shape. The filthy AC unit had the wires taped together with black tape. Plugins were all broken. Definitely not taking our shoes off while we stay here. Will not be coming back.

Everything was in walking distance from the hotel, and the river spirit casino is really close. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room although.

Sheets were dirty. Floor not vacuumed in months if not longer. Hair all over shower with soap scum/ grime. It was very dirty. They did bring clean sheets when we asked them.

I didn’t like my whole experience because it stunk the whole time we were there and they were trying to cover it up with ax body spray. Didn’t see any live bed bugs but they do not get new mattress and bed bug residue all in the crevices of the bed just not cleaned also bed was very uncomfortable just wanted a nice night and just got smelly dirty one I would not recommend this hotel to anyone just plain disgusting. And they only have cereal for breakfast which is bs and my $50 hasn’t been sent back after they told me it would

The staff were all nice and there were no bed bugs, which are the only reasons this isn’t a 1 star. Sheets had not been changed, hair all over the bathroom, there was a roach on the dresser when I walked in, sheet rock missing in the closet, no knob on the heater, janky electrical outlets, sheet rock joints/corners exposed, and the hotel smelled like sweaty teenage boys and cigarettes. There was nothing anyone could have done to make it better so I didn’t even complain. I just slept in my clothes and got out as early as I could each morning. Do not recommend.

Live racoons in the ceiling
There were racoons in the ceiling of my room fighting beginning at 3:00 am. I told the front desk and they said I needed to take this up with Hotels.com. Hotels.com tried to contact the property but I were unable to provide a refund. This was unsafe and very dirty. I have a video to share but the site only allows photos.

Room was not ready at 3:30 and they checked us in and gave me the key and we left to meet our friends. We came back around 2 am The room was tiny only a double bed only had 2 towels the carpet was sticky there was soda or something spilled all over the heater. Was very disappointed
