This location was very convenient for us to stay. Staff was pleasant, rooms and lobby were clean and no issues with parking or safety. I would stay at this location again if I were in the area.

I absolutely loved the evening front desk associate. She was fantastic and helpful. The housekeeping never once in my 4 day stay came to my room. I put the door hanger up and had everything out.

I just can’t say enough ! Your staff was absolutely amazing, Megan and Tiffany went out of their way for us to meet our needs ! There was 7 people in our group and 4 rooms . We all talked about the staff and how gracious they were ! With that being said if any of us are back in the area this would be our first choice for a hotel ! Treat those wonderful hard workers with kindness and respect it will bring back a lot of business! I just want to say that Megan also has a beautiful soul and voice !!!!

The elevator sounds like it's about to fall apart (and its the only elevator). You can never find help at the front desk when you need it (housekeeping ending up helping us multiple times). Need healthier options for breakfast (way too many carbs, not enough proteins or fruit). With all the winter weather we've had, the parking lot should have been salted (the north side was complete ice and not usable). Only redeeming quality was that the room was clean, quiet and close to our destination.

Great stay. We went for the heated indoor pool. My daughter loves doing that. Wish there was a hot tub but it served its purpose.

I call before booking and the person told me if I booked online it would be cheaper, when I asked if I could use my AARP card she said if I couldn’t online I could when I checked in but when we got here we were told no. Room rate was cheap and we needed the room.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Our room was nice but the bathroom sink was clogged up; I saw something white in the drain clogging it. I didn't want to fish that out of the sink. We had a late check-in around 11pm so I didn't want to call the front desk. We just used the bathtub if the sink was full. But we immediately fell asleep. I did inform the front desk when we checked out that the sink was not draining. Breakfast was very nice. The morning staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. Only thing we didn't know was how close to the hotel the train tracks are. We heard the train a lot throughout the night. But eventually, I fell asleep. Staff was very friendly! Nice place.

I booked online and I booked a room that was supposed to "sleep 5" so it should have had a pull out chair, couch or a roll away with the two queens. The last who checked me in said, that's not even an option at this location. They only hate rooms with two queens or 1 king. None of their rooms have couches or pull outs. So, that left me short a ned!

Adequate, but not "Wonderful" as one reviewer said
The room had good illumination - lots of lights, which is fairly rare for a hotel room. The desk chair would not stay in the higher position - the piston was worn out so it sat low. They still had the little bottles are bars of shampoo and body soap. The Shampoo container was so small it was not adequate for even one shower. The fridge in my room did not work so my leftovers went bad overnight. The TV was way too small for a room of this size. The batteries were probably going out in the remote, because the tv would barely turn on or change channels. Should have been a bath mat in the bathtub. I little slick with no bathmat, and the bathtub did not drain while showering. The toilet seemed really small and low. I think ADA height toilets should be standard. The bathroom faucet was so small you almost can't put your hands under it to wash your hands. The breakfast was not very good. They had decent eggs, waffles, and some oatmeal. They had some tiny sausage sandwiches, but no actual sausage or bacon. The coffee was undrinkably bad. At least there is a Starbucks 1/2 mile away.

This is not a luxury hotel. It doesn't try to be. It's a family friendly, clean, affordable hotel with a very caring staff. Megan at the front desk was more like a long lost friend than a hotel administrator. She was there most of the 5 days we spent there, and made sure we had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean. There were many choices at breakfast, and we always found plenty to fill up on. The location is convenient to some very good restaurants, and there's plenty of parking. Definitely would stay there again.

We couldnt get wi-fi in our room the whole time we were there so I couldnt do any work. The shower was dingy and dirty. There was a train that passed by and it woke us up 3 times each night. I wouldnt stay here again.
