"Form the moment we arrived we were greeted with chilled Champagne at the door at that moment I knew that we were in the right place, and I wasn’t disappointed everything in this resort was by far exceeded what I expected the cleanliness the attention given to every guest, the entertainment offered at the resort till the last day it never changed. It was a beautiful experience. It was my first time visiting Tulum and I was not disappointed at the very least."

"We just returned from our third stay at Be Tulum this February, and once again, it delivered a beautiful and memorable experience. There was some seasonal seagrass, as expected this time of year, but noticeably less than we’ve seen in April. The team does a great job keeping the beach directly in front of the resort clean and enjoyable. Beach service stands out — attentive, prompt, and seamless without ever interrupting the relaxed atmosphere. The service overall is impeccable. The staff is warm, professional, and consistently accommodating - when bikes weren’t available one day, they quickly arranged for us to use bikes at a neighboring resort. Breakfast, which was included, was lovely each morning — fresh, well-presented, and a perfect start to the day. We typically dine out in town for lunch and dinner, so we can’t speak to the other on-property dining options. Be Tulum remains one of our favorite romantic destinations. The atmosphere is intimate, peaceful, and effortlessly beautiful — the perfect place to disconnect and reconnect. We look forward to returning again."

"Our room was always cleaned, with fresh towels and the staff were very pleasant. Our Butler Julio took especially great care of our needs, from making dinner reservations, to suggesting different activities, to making sure we were always comfortable. I can’t express enough how efficient our Butler Julio was! Thank you!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very kind and accommodating. They helped our family with everything we needed, especially with our 2 young children. The credit was nice and they even accommodated non alcoholic drinks for my wife who was pregnant. The upper deck and pool is very beautiful but the water is cold and you can’t take drinks or food up there, which is confusing. Still, we loved our stay at Hotelito Azul."

"My stay at Shibari was amazing. It was hard to leave this place as it was such a unique and truly magical spot. The included breakfast is top notch and the service was amazing. The only negative thing about it is on the weekends you can get some noise from the nearby clubs until 2am. This doesn’t bother me as I often wear ear plugs when I sleep. And any hotel near the club zone has this same problem so it’s just a downside to staying within walking distance of that zone. I would definitely stay here again. "
