Me encantó el lugar, y todos son muy lindos contigo , súper atentos , amables , siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitas , a mi llegada la recepcionista fue súper súper linda y explicó todo a detalle , las actividades, la red de wifi, horarios etc. lo malo es que está súper escondido y no hay señal para el GPS así que lo ideal es poner el GPS saliendo del aeropuerto,

Pili was Exceptional at her job.. This is a newer property, which has only been open for about six months, but you wouldn’t be able to tell by how well everyone performed their tasks. The property was well kept. I forgot the man who served us every day at the restaurant, but he was baldhead Overall, a peaceful stay in the middle of the jungle if there was only one complaint, it would be the road leading up to the property extremely rocky dirt Road, which was a little unpleasant, but once you get to property, you forget all about it

Property and staff are amazing. It is a little out of the way with lots of construction around but worth the little extra drive.

This place was amazingly beautiful, everything about this place was nothing short of amazing. The staff was friendly, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I just love love love this place and I felt very safe, I definitely will recommend to everyone. Thanks to all the staff, you guys ROCK.

Loved the hotels overall design and its integration in the jungle. Rooms and service including communication even via WhatsApp was excellent. The staff was also super friendly. Only the way to hotel was a bit challenging because it was not paved yet, but we knew this before. Would definitely come again!

The staff at Siwa were incredible, so helpful and accommodating. It is such a beautiful space. The spa, the pools, the fitness spaces, the rooms and dining areas, all of it!! Definitely would go back.

The property was lovely - so perfect for what we wanted, and secluded. The staff was so helpful, communicated constantly via WhatsApp for any needs we had. Hotel had a shuttle for free to and from beach clubs but only some of them, still was nice to have. Due to location; and jungle vibe, pools were shaded most of the day. Only issue was location, it’s a dirt road about 1km and so taxis from the beach charged us $50 to get there (maybe a 5km drive?). Next time we’d get ATV or bikes.

I had a great experience at Siwa. The place is located in the jungle at probably 3min from the street. It’s quiet and we’ll maintained. The people at Siwa are amazing and really care about their guests. Each and everyone of them made sure we had a pleasant experience including the operation manager of the place. Big shout out to Pili for giving us a tour of the property. They also have plenty of parking and 3 security guards surveilling the property 24/7. Totally recommend it and I’ll surely be back to Siwa when in Tulum.
